Industrial Gear Oil

Industrial gear oil is a lubricant specifically engineered for industrial enclosed and open gearboxes, including reducers and speed increasers. Formulated with high-performance base stocks and advanced extreme-pressure anti-wear additives, it generates a robust lubricating film to minimize gear flank wear, resist scuffing, dissipate heat, prevent rust and corrosion, and prolong gear service life. In contrast to automotive gear oils, industrial gear oil prioritizes stability under heavy-duty loading, extended service intervals, high-temperature operation, and water-contaminated environments. In compliance with GB/T 7631.7 (equivalent to ISO 6743), enclosed industrial gear oils are clearly categorized under the L‑CK series.

AW Hydraulic Oil

Anti-wear Hydraulic Oil is a core category of special lubricants for hydraulic systems. Its key functions include transmitting hydraulic power, lubricating hydraulic components, resisting wear and reducing friction, preventing rust and corrosion, and cooling and dissipating heat. By incorporating high-efficiency anti-wear additives (such as zinc-based and ashless types), it solves wear problems of precision parts including hydraulic pumps, valves and cylinders. It is suitable for medium and high-pressure hydraulic systems and is the most widely used type of hydraulic oil in industries such as manufacturing, construction machinery, metallurgy and mining.

Machine Oil

Machine oil is a general-purpose industrial lubricant belonging to the category of mineral lubricants. It is based on petroleum distillate oils, refined and blended with additives such as antioxidants and rust inhibitors. Its core functions are to provide basic lubrication, cooling, rust prevention and cleaning protection for friction pairs of various mechanical equipment. As one of the most widely used basic lubricants in industrial production, it is also often referred to as machinery oil or mechanical lubricating oil.

Spindle Oil

Spindle Oil is a special lubricant designed for precision machine tool spindles, also commonly known as spindle lubricant. It is a low-viscosity, high-precision anti-wear hydraulic oil and circulating lubricant. It is mainly suitable for high-speed precision spindle bearings in CNC machines, grinders, lathes, machining centers and other equipment. It can also be used for the lubrication of precision components such as high-speed light-load gears, hydraulic systems and guideways. It is a core precision lubricant in the field of machining.

Hydraulic Way Oil

Hydraulic Way Oil is an industrial lubricant specially developed for combined hydraulic and slideway lubrication systems. Based on deeply refined mineral base oils, it is formulated with multi-functional additives including effective friction reducer, extreme pressure anti-wear, rust and corrosion protection, demulsibility and anti-foam agents. It integrates the dual core functions of power transmission for hydraulic systems and lubrication protection for slideway components. Its key purpose is to eliminate "stick-slip" in precision equipment operating at low speeds, ensure positioning accuracy and reduce component wear. It is widely used in various precision machine tools and equipment with combined hydraulic and slideway systems.

Cutting Oil

Suitable for heavy-duty, high-precision machining processes including metal cutting, drilling, milling, tapping, broaching and deep hole drilling. It provides lubrication, cooling, rust prevention, chip removal, extends tool life and improves workpiece surface finish.

High Temperature Chain Oil

High Temperature Chain Oil is a special lubricant designed for applications at 150°C and above. It is used for the lubrication and protection of chains and sprockets, can inhibit high-temperature oxidation, reduce volatilization and carbon deposits, prevent seizure and premature wear, and is a key consumable for industrial high-temperature equipment.

Rust Preventive Oil

It provides short-term, medium-term and long-term rust prevention protection for metal workpieces, hardware, bearings, molds, steel products and mechanical components. It isolates air, moisture and salt to prevent oxidation and corrosion.

Press Working Oil

Stamping oil is a special lubricant used in metal stamping processes for lubrication, cooling, rust prevention and die protection. Its core function is to form a high-strength oil film under instantaneous high stress, reducing friction and wear, improving workpiece surface quality and extending die service life. It is suitable for processes such as blanking, drawing, bending and deep drawing. This article explains stamping oil in terms of its core functions, classification, selection and application, and development trends.
