Customized Formulation

Exclusive formulations can be customized according to customer requirements, including fuel type (M15/M100), engine model, operating conditions and oil drain interval. For example, we develop fully synthetic long-life methanol diesel engine oil (oil drain interval: 60,000–100,000 km) for heavy-duty trucks with long drain requirements; and high anti-wear methanol gasoline engine oil for ride-hailing vehicles under high-frequency operation.

Raw Material Control

For base oils, we prefer Group II+/Group III hydrotreated base oils or PAO fully synthetic base oils from qualified refineries. For additives, we adopt methanol-specialized additives from leading international and domestic brands (such as Infineum, Chevron Oronite, Lanzhou Lubricating Oil Research Institute, Wuxi Nanfang, etc.), avoiding performance failure caused by low-quality raw materials.

Quality Inspection

In addition to conventional engine oil test items (kinematic viscosity, flash point, pour point, anti-wear performance), four special tests are added: methanol dilution test, acid corrosion test, seal compatibility test and demulsibility test, to ensure the product meets the application requirements of methanol engines.

Production Process

The production process is consistent with that of conventional engine oil (blending, mixing, filtration, filling), without the need for additional large-scale equipment. Only the blending temperature and time are optimized to ensure uniform dispersion of additives.
