Machine Oil

Machine oil is a general-purpose industrial lubricant belonging to the category of mineral lubricants. It is based on petroleum distillate oils, refined and blended with additives such as antioxidants and rust inhibitors. Its core functions are to provide basic lubrication, cooling, rust prevention and cleaning protection for friction pairs of various mechanical equipment. As one of the most widely used basic lubricants in industrial production, it is also often referred to as machinery oil or mechanical lubricating oil.

Hydraulic Way Oil

Hydraulic Way Oil is an industrial lubricant specially developed for combined hydraulic and slideway lubrication systems. Based on deeply refined mineral base oils, it is formulated with multi-functional additives including effective friction reducer, extreme pressure anti-wear, rust and corrosion protection, demulsibility and anti-foam agents. It integrates the dual core functions of power transmission for hydraulic systems and lubrication protection for slideway components. Its key purpose is to eliminate "stick-slip" in precision equipment operating at low speeds, ensure positioning accuracy and reduce component wear. It is widely used in various precision machine tools and equipment with combined hydraulic and slideway systems.

Cutting Oil

Suitable for heavy-duty, high-precision machining processes including metal cutting, drilling, milling, tapping, broaching and deep hole drilling. It provides lubrication, cooling, rust prevention, chip removal, extends tool life and improves workpiece surface finish.

Rust Preventive Oil

It provides short-term, medium-term and long-term rust prevention protection for metal workpieces, hardware, bearings, molds, steel products and mechanical components. It isolates air, moisture and salt to prevent oxidation and corrosion.

Press Working Oil

Stamping oil is a special lubricant used in metal stamping processes for lubrication, cooling, rust prevention and die protection. Its core function is to form a high-strength oil film under instantaneous high stress, reducing friction and wear, improving workpiece surface quality and extending die service life. It is suitable for processes such as blanking, drawing, bending and deep drawing. This article explains stamping oil in terms of its core functions, classification, selection and application, and development trends.
