Conventional Precision Spindle Oil
Made with refined mineral base oil and fortified with anti-wear, anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion and anti-foam additives. Suitable for machine tool spindles with general precision requirements. Cost-effective and widely used as a general industrial grade.
Synthetic Spindle Oil
Formulated with synthetic base oils such as poly-alpha-olefin (PAO) and esters. Its overall performance is far superior to mineral oil, with better viscosity-temperature characteristics, oxidation resistance, low-temperature fluidity and temperature rise control. Ideal for ultra-high-speed, ultra-high-precision CNC equipment (e.g. 5-axis machining centers, mirror grinders) and suitable for long-term continuous high-speed operation.
